Protest rocks Ado Poly as staff want rector arrested for budget padding

Workers of
the Federal
Polytechnic,
Ado Ekiti
have begun
an indefinite
occupation
of the main
gate of the
institution,
to press for government’s attention.
Unionists at the Polytechnic called out the workers
on an indefinite strike three weeks ago, and told
newsmen that the occupation would be in force until
the federal government acts on their demands.
The labour leaders addressed the protesting workers
and later spoke to newsmen.
