NPFL: Wikki Tourist win in Lagos to go top

Two away wins were recorded on Sunday in the
Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL)
– The 2015/2016 season which entered week 20
across various centres in the country
– Enugu Rangers recorded an emphatic win in Owerri
in the oriental derby played at the Dan Ayam Stadium

Ikorodu United 0-1 Wikki Tourists
It won’t be an understatement to say that Ikorodu
United would return back to the second tier of the
Nigeria football after losing at home against Wikki
Tourists.

Idris Guda was the hero for Wikki Tourists as his 85th
minute goal was enough for the Tourists to record an
emphatic away win in Lagos.
The victory means that Wikki Tourists are still
topping the NPFL table after week 20 results.

Heartland 1-2 Enugu Rangers
Substitute Chisom Egbuchulam was one who scored
the winning goal for the visitors as the Flying
Antelopes recorded a win in this oriental derby.

Sunshine Stars failed to record a win in this match
even though they won in Umuahia in the first fixture.

Kano Pillars have ended their four games without a
win as they narrowly defeated draw specialists
